New Membership

The cost to become a member is only $200.00 per state per year. For states that are members of the National Association of State Boards of Education (NASBE), NCOSEA membership is discounted to just $130.00 per year! This membership includes all attorneys in the state who are State Department of Education Attorneys, State Board of Education Attorneys, State Licensing Board Attorneys, Assistant Attorney Generals, or other Attorneys representing the state education agency. NCOSEA is an affiliate organization of the National Association of State Boards of Education.
